A toast, on the event of his birthday, to Harold Ramis, writer, actor, director, and originator of one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. To many more healthy, happy years, and may the action figures wearing your face from nearly 30 years ago not creep you the heck out. ;-)

Also, the people who write How I Met Your Mother appear to be on a stealth crusade to make me watch the show. I accidentally caught part of it tonight from the TV in the restaurant we were eating at, and - yeah. Ernie Hudson hasn't aged a bit, has he?
