Honestly, whatever you want to write about my pet characters is awesome. If you'd like to know more about why I picked what I picked, and what my specific loves in each fandom are, the rest is -
I'm reproducing my signup requests here, just to help me keep things straight.
Fandom 1: Real Ghostbusters
Characters: Ray Stantz and Janine Melnitz
Category: Any
Rating: Any
Optional Details: I'd love to see some exploration of how Ray and Janine interact, either just in day-to-day life around the Firehouse, or immediately after a bust. Either friends-fic or shippy fic would be fine with me.
I've become entirely too fond of Ray lately, and most of the fic in this fandom focuses on Peter, Egon, or the pair of them. I'd love to read something character-driven with him and Janine in focal roles. If you want to ship them, that's great; if you want to ship one of them with someone else and explore how the other feels about it, that would be lovely; if you think this screams "friendship fic!" then that would be awesome, too. Please feel free to include the other characters - I didn't mean to exclude them, just that I'd like these two to get center stage for a while.
Fandom 2: Ghostbusters (movies)
Characters: Egon Spengler and Ray Stantz
Category: Any
Rating: Any
Optional Details: I'd really like to see someone else's take on how these two work together, either before the first movie when they're still developing their theories, in the "going into business" phase of the first movie between buying the firehouse and their first bust, or after the second movie when they've gained some credibility.
Again, please feel free to include the other characters - I'd just like to see something that isn't Venkman-centric, and has Egon as a focal character without being an Egon/Janine fic. And again, who you ship in the fic, or if there's any shipping at all, isn't important, as long as these two are still the central characters.
Fandom 3: Sneakers (1992 movie)
Characters: Mother and Whistler
Category: Any
Rating: Any
Optional Details: We see a lot in the movie about how Martin interacts with Whistler and how Crease interacts with Mother, but not a lot of Mother and Whistler working together. I'd like to see a casefile that showcases their talents, or a slice-of-life that gives some insight into their relationship.
This is an Aykroyd-heavy list, isn't it? Anyway, not much more to add here. If you could see your way clear to slashing them or exploring some tension between them, I would bounce around and squee, but gen is also fine.
Fandom 4: Moon (2009 movie)
Characters: Sam Bell and GERTY
Category: Any
Rating: Any
Optional Details: Two options here - I'd love to see an exploration of any Sam's relationship (such as it is) with GERTY - is it a Strong AI, or just a simulation, and does that matter to Sam? Or, I'd also love a "what happens next" for the Sam clone (if I counted correctly, it's Sam-7) left on the moonbase.
Either of these options are good by me. If you pick the second one, I'd be interested in seeing whether his "family" on earth, including Sam-1, ever contact him, and if so, what happens.
In general: I'm a multishipper, and I ship het, slash, femslash, and poly with roughly equal ease, so no worries there. If you decide to write gen, I am totally on board with that. If you decide to write something explicit, I'm really into oral sex, threesomes, and bondage in my fic kinkwise; am slightly squicked by bloodplay, unsafe anal sex (use condoms and lube and I'm fine), and anything involving former food; and don't enjoy non-con at all (dubcon is okay if it's made clear afterwards that everyone enjoyed it). I'm a serious sucker for hurt/comfort fic, whether shippy or smarmy. Dark!fic is okay, although for all of these I would like either an upbeat ending or one in which an okay outcome is at least possible.
