Yes. I think the only song I've ever literally listened to 20 or more times in a 24-hour period is "Ana Ng," but I'll obsessively listen to songs I'm learning multiple times a day, sometimes in multiple versions. I especially do this to songs with interesting and/or difficult vocal harmonies.
I will also occasionally listen to a "guilty pleasure" song several times in a row to clear the earworm. (See, for example, the music tag on this post, which I haven't listened to 20 times, but still has a ridiculously high playcount for how short a time I've owned a copy.)
I should also point out that I have an unusually high tolerance for overplaying - I can still tolerate several songs that the Spouse still responds to by trying to change the channel on a non-existent radio.
